By agreeing to these terms, you form a binding agreement with The Digital School Ltd.Upon accepting these terms and paying the required course fee (“Course Fee”) for your selected program (“Course”), the School commits to the following:
- Providing you with comprehensive course materials and assignments
- Assigning you a dedicated tutor who will guide you throughout your studies, ensuring a consistent point of contact.
- Grading and providing feedback on your assignments;
- Allow two attempts for each assignment. If your initial submission does not meet the required standards, you have a second chance to revise and resubmit
- Addressing any questions or concerns you may have regarding your course
- Awarding you a Certificate upon successful completion of all assignments.
Once all assignments are successfully completed and the Course Fee is paid in full, you will be granted a downloadable Certificate. If you prefer a printed certificate, we can arrange to have a hard copy mailed to you for an additional fee.
Copyright & Plagiarism: The content within the course materials, including copyrights and other intellectual property rights, remains the exclusive property of the Digital School or a designated third party. Reproduction of any part of the course materials without prior written consent from the Digital School is prohibited. However, you are permitted to print a copy of the course materials for your personal use and reference. You are not authorized to copy or download any videos provided for your learning. These resources are the property of the Digital School or a designated third party and are only available for streaming through the school’s provided platforms. The Digital School has a strict policy against plagiarism. If any evidence of plagiarism is found in your assignment
submissions, the Digital School reserves the right to remove you from the course.
Course Timeframe: The course is structured to be completed within the designated timeframe from your enrollment date to the conclusion of your studies (please refer to the course duration details on each course page). Should you require additional time, extensions are available upon request for one extra year, Extensions must be requested within four weeks after the course completion date. however, the Digital School retains the right to impose a fee for such extensions,
Age Requirements: Persons under the age of 16 are not eligible to enroll in this course. Please, contact us if you require further information.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, [The Digital School LTD.] shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or participation in any course, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Payments & Refund: All payments for our courses must be made in full at the time of enrollment. We offer a 7-day refund period, allowing you to review the first unit. If you choose not to continue for any reason, simply email our school within the seven days, and we will issue a full refund, Otherwise There is no guarantee of a refund after the purchase has been made, regardless of whether the student completes the course or not.
Students are encouraged to review course details thoroughly before enrolling.
Due to our international reach, we cannot guarantee accreditation in every market. We recommend that students conduct their own
research on accreditation to ensure it meets their needs.
Acknowledgment: By enrolling in any course on our school, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, including the course timeframe and assignment submission conditions. You accept that failure to pass the course within the stipulated terms will result in forfeiture of the course without any refund. Changes to The Terms & Conditions: We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
